Abbreviation	Description
EMS	Energy Management System
ESS	Energy Storage System. In Ampowr's case, this is mostly a battery system or cluster.
API	Application Programming Interface. Describes a contract between a client and a server.
BESS	Battery Energy Storage System. We may use this term interchangeably with ESS.
